One of the blogs I like to follow has a linkup on Wednesday for encouraging one another. Today was no exception in following. I really like what Bambi Moore has posted on Deep Roots at Home. I try to encourage the moms at church, especially the stay at home moms. But lately I feel like I am always discouraged. How thankful I am to come across post that lift me up and remind me that my calling is a noble one. Thank you Bambi for the encouragement, and thank you Jacqueline for posting Bambi's encouraging words on your blog!
Where has the time gone? My best intentions did not fly! I guess crocheting, card-making, and grandchildren...not to mention playing taxi driver for two of our off-spring has not helped! So today, I come to start again. This evening, Daughter #5, (child #11), graduates from high school. I can not believe it! Her plans are to major in Criminal Justice at Bob Jones University this fall! CONGRATULATIONS DAUGHTER! WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!!
Ahh, Mama Chilson~ The evil one wants to undermine and destroy us one Mother at a time (or more at once if he can!). Let us band together in prayer and thanksgiving that we have a heavenly Father that is in control, and all the unseen forces at His command are at our disposal. Our Captain is always at the ready to hear our call to him for help! Psalm 91: (all), but especially vs. 14 and 15
